Fun fact: Jim Carrey loves some good ol’ fashioned heavy metal. In fact, he’s the reason Cannibal Corpse randomly appeared in the original Ace Ventura . So, with that nibble of trivia, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see the nearly 55-year-old comic share the stage with Alice Cooper, busting out classic tunes like “No More Mr. Nice Guy” or “School’s Out”.
On New Year’s Eve, the two came together at Cooper’s annual benefit concert in Maui, which helps to raise money for the Maui Arts And Cultural Center in Hawaii. True to his lean, green, and mean spirit, Carrey went all out, headbanging, prowling the stage, and even wearing Cooper’s trademark eye makeup. His Hawaiian shirt just seals the deal.
